DIP Shoe Mold Working Process
During production, the prepared fabric or leather upper is first fitted onto an aluminum shoe last and placed inside the DIP mold. The mold is then installed on a PVC shoe injection molding machine.
Molten PVC material is injected into the mold cavity under pressure. Through heating, pressure holding, and cooling, the outsole is permanently bonded to the upper, producing a fully integrated shoe in one molding cycle.
