This is a vertical, six-station EVA slipper molding machine designed for manufacturing a wide range of EVA footwear. Each station accommodates two sets of EVA slipper molds, allowing the entire machine to hold a total of twelve mold sets. Equipped with two EVA injection systems, the machine can inject material into two mold sets simultaneously before rotating to the next station to continue the process.
Each mold set produces two pairs of slippers. Upon completion of the injection process, the molds open to yield four pairs of slippers per cycle; with twelve stations in total, the machine produces 48 pairs per cycle, ensuring exceptional production efficiency and perfect molding quality.
