The PU Footwear Machine is an automatic rotary molding system specially designed for manufacturing various PU footwear products, including slippers, sandals, casual shoes, pull-up shoes, and PU soles. It integrates a raw material heating system, a 60-station rotary production line, and auxiliary equipment such as an oven, painting line, trimming machine, water chiller, and operating platform.

With a flexible mold replacement system, manufacturers can produce different footwear styles on the same machine. By changing molds, the machine can be used for beach slippers, sandals, PU pull-up shoes, and directly molded footwear, helping factories reduce equipment investment and improve production flexibility.

Raw Material Preparation

PU raw materials are prepared and stored in the material tanks. The heating system keeps the materials at a stable temperature to ensure smooth processing and consistent molding quality.

Material Heating & Mixing

The machine heats and mixes PU materials through a high-speed mixing head. With a spindle speed of up to 8500 rpm, the system ensures uniform material blending, reduces waste, and improves production efficiency.

Mold Installation & Adjustment

Different footwear molds can be installed according to production requirements, including slipper molds, beach shoe molds, pull-up shoe molds, and sole molds. The flexible mold system allows manufacturers to produce various footwear styles on one machine.

Automatic Injection Molding

The mixed PU material is accurately injected into the molds through the injection heads. The machine supports single-color and two-color production with precise material control for stable product quality.

Mold Opening & Product Demolding

The multi-stage mold opening and closing system reduces impact on molds, extends mold lifespan, and helps workers remove finished footwear safely and efficiently.

Trimming & Surface Treatment

After molding, products can be processed through trimming machines and optional painting lines to improve appearance and meet different market requirements.

Quality Inspection & Production Data Management

The PLC control system records and monitors key parameters such as temperature, injection volume, pressure, and material ratio, helping operators maintain stable production and reduce defective products.

Finished Product Output
