The PVC Shoe Molding Machine is a fully automatic rotary injection molding system developed for the mass production of PVC footwear. Designed with a continuous rotary working platform and precision injection technology, the machine enables efficient manufacturing of slippers, sandals, shoe soles, rain boots, safety shoes, and other PVC molded footwear.
The machine supports various mold configurations and is compatible with different footwear designs by simply changing molds. Each mold cavity produces one finished part, ensuring accurate molding, excellent product consistency, and reduced material waste.

Production Process
PVC or TPR raw materials are fed into the injection unit, where they are heated and plasticized under precise temperature control. The molten material is then injected into the molds mounted on the rotary table. After cooling and solidification, the finished footwear products are automatically removed, while the rotary system continues the next molding cycle to maintain continuous production.
