Working Process of PVC Vertical Upper Machine
Material Feeding & Heating
PVC/TPR/TPU raw materials are automatically heated and melted under precise temperature control. The CNC system monitors the heating process to ensure stable material plasticization and consistent quality.
Material Injection Control
The hydraulic system and high-speed screw work together to accurately control material feeding and injection. The balanced two-cylinder injection system ensures uniform filling of the mold cavity while reducing material waste.
