PVC foam slippers process

The soles of PVC foam slippers are produced by molding foam process. The main operations are as follows:
(1) Ingredients kneading: pour the raw PVC resin into the kneading machine, and then add various additives for heating and kneading. The heating steam pressure is about 0.29MPa, and the material will be released after kneading for about 45~60min.
(2) Plasticizer drawing sheet: the kneading mixture is sent to the two-roll plasticizer for plasticizer drawing sheet, and the plasticizer temperature is controlled at about 130℃.
(3) Molding billet: the piece pulled after plastic refining according to the template (generally rectangular) for punching the piece material, according to the color of the sole requirements can be a variety of colors of the piece material collocation, and then according to the capacity of the mold cavity to weigh the piece material, weighing should be more accurate, to prevent overflow or lack of material. Then the mold with the sheet material is sent to the hot press for heating plasticizing and foaming. After foaming, it is cooled and shaped, and then the moulded blank is taken out. The process condition of molding is: molding molding temperature 160~165℃. The heating steam pressure is 0.686~0.784MPa, the molding pressure is 4.9MPa, the molding time is 10~20min, the cooling setting temperature is 50℃, the cooling setting time is 20min.
④ Heat treatment: the purpose of heat treatment is to make billet further heating foaming shoe sheet material under atmospheric pressure, its operation is to send the bad material into the steam heating oven, control the temperature of 100~130℃ about 10~15min, make it foaming, foaming slipper bottom foam material out of the drying room and then sent to the warehouse for a week, then can be sent to the sheet.
⑤ Punching and assembly: the foam sheet material according to the specifications and dimensions of the slippers into the bottom of the slippers, and then drilling, with the slipper climbing belt assembly, to obtain the finished slippers.
