EVA mold products have several foaming processes

Foaming conditions are relatively fixed, the temperature is 160-170, the time is determined by the thickness of the mold, generally 90-110 seconds /MM, the pressure is 150KG/ square CM.
2, small foam in the mold
This process is mainly used in shoe materials, sports shoes to do the second midsole of the first foam. According to the formula to practice good material granulation, weighing into a good mold, foam out is the general posture of the shoes.
The difficulty of this process is the symmetry of mold and formula, otherwise it is difficult to control the magnification and hardness at the same time. Often the size is qualified hardness is not good, hardness is small size.
The foaming conditions of this process are more flexible, depending on the shape and structure of the product. Of course, it is mainly changed at the same time, and the temperature change is not big.

3. Injection process
This process is the mainstream in the future, a process to make is the product, but the mold precision is higher.
