Design Approval

Wooden Prototype Verification
A wooden model is produced to verify the boot shape, size, and overall structure.

Aluminum Mould Manufacturing
After prototype approval, production of the 7075 aluminum mould begins using CNC machining equipment.

Trial Production
The completed mould is tested on an EVA injection machine to produce sample boots for customer inspection.

Final Inspection & Delivery
After customer approval, the mould is carefully packaged and shipped by sea or air according to customer requirements. The remaining balance is paid before shipment.
